About Me

There are times in our life when difficulties lead to thoughts and feelings inside of us that we are uncomfortable with. Ignoring those feelings doesn’t exactly make them go away often leaving us frustrated and feeling stuck. So what can you do? Well, I can tell you that counseling is a helpful way to find relief and healing for those struggling with mental and emotional suffering, relationship conflicts, daily stress, and unhealthy behavior patterns.

I offer sessions for couples, families, and individuals including children, teens, and adults. My services include professional counseling for relationships, single parent and co-parenting issues, trauma restoration, and identity development. I also provide care for those dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, codependency, and addiction. My experiences working with diverse populations has equipped me to provide a wide range of support in healing from grief and trauma as well as assisting in the coping with day to day struggles that can take toll on one’s mind, body, and soul.

The careful study of biblical theology and scriptures supports my approach to counseling and the therapeutic healing process allowing for repair and restoration at profound levels of the heart.
